Our approach

It has taken many years to refine a client engagement model that meets the needs of our engineers and clients alike. We truly appreciate the trust you place in us, especially when you first buy from us, and this trust is precious to us.

A healthy client relationship means you can rely on us without being dependent upon us. We manage this balance by offering services that span the full project lifecycle - from early-stage innovation work such as envisioning requirements, prototyping, research, modelling, design and functional architecture - through to project implementation work such as development, integration, re-engineering, testing, documenting and training.

This means that we walk our talk and we can commit to the entire transformation from start to finish. But equally you are free to use us only where and when you want to.

We prefer to operate a project-based engagement model where we agree the objectives, approach and deliverables in advance. It is our pre-sales conversations that build trust and often inspire the greatest moments of innovation – these brainstorming sessions are when we have the greatest degree of freedom before the ideas get realised.

Our engineers also value this approach. It creates stimulating work and provides sufficient freedom for both sides to collaborate creatively. Having a clearly articulated objective provides a sense of mission and purpose.
