What we are looking for

Typical skills and experience we value are:

IT experience in investment banking or asset management
knowledge of financial markets and asset classes
skills in analytics, software programming, databases and systems architecture

We are also keen to find individuals who are:

A specific knowledge of finance is an advantage but not essential. If you have programming skills, the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we would like to hear from you.

Training and development

We encourage our staff to learn multiple languages and master different technologies.

We provide materials for developing a thorough understanding of financial products, markets and techniques, and this is supplemented with targeted R&D into topical issues. We set specific tasks that build individuals' skills across disciplines.

We host a regular series of internal workshops, presentations and seminars and encourage our consultants to share their knowledge and project experience.
